Dr. Ana Slavec, attended the InnoRenew CoE International Conference 2025 (IRIC2025) which took place 16-17 September 2025, in the InnoRenew CoE building, in Izola, Slovenia.

She presented the project Wood Education for Sustainable Construction – Empowering professionals and students to build a more sustainable future through innovative and tailored training in circular wood and timber construction (WENUS).

She highlighted project goals, and shared with the international audience the developed educational framework, identified educational objectives and specific learning outcomes. Moreover, project partners prepared the Joint Curriculum which provides a comprehensive overview of the WENUS training course, including its curriculum, pedagogical approach, and training methodologies. It consists of 4 modules, each comprising a total of 15 units.

She presented also the next steps the Wenus project partners are working on.
