WENUS project partners gathered on the second transnational meeting, held 4-5 June 2025, in Yecla, Spain.
During the meeting partners discussed about the next steps for developing the training content and a digital learning platform about sustainable wood construction and 3D printing. They discussed and co-created the practical 3D printing exercises which are focused on sustainable wood and timber construction and will be integrated into both the digital platform and teacher guidelines, accompanied by instructional videos. Additionally, they defined the specifications of the e-Learning platform, established the course structure and outlined the methodology for planning the learning experience.
Finally, they discussed the upcoming workshop which will be hosted by InnoRenew CoE in Slovenia next year.
The WENUS project is an Erasmus+ project, aiming to enhance Vocational Education and Training in sustainable wood and timber construction by integrating circular economy principles and 3D printing technologies into the curriculum, addressing the industry’s evolving needs for green and digital skills, and promoting innovation, sustainability, and efficiency.
